Since 2000 Raubicon has provided detailed engineering, planning and project management to PN Energy for the electrical services in Khayelitsha. Upwards of 22 000 informal residences have been provided with electricity in that period. The work is ongoing, and addresses also the primary networks in Khayelitsha.
